2020 has been an unprecedented year. Following our state’s stay at home order in March, the 9Wood team took action quickly. Within a few days of the order, almost all office staff switched to working remotely, and our production staff swiftly put in place measures to mitigate risk and ensure safety.
Needless to say, our production staff deserve tremendous thanks. We hope the video below gives us all something to be excited about.
Meanwhile, in the office, our marketing team decided to reevaluate our digital presence and determine what our market needed online. For us, we faced the challenge of connecting with our customers in a meaningful way while our lives continue to be disrupted by the COVID19 pandemic.
We needed a way to answer customer questions and provide customer service despite the absence of in-person interactions.
After some hard work and planning, we launched our Learning Center and our YouTube Channel on May 8th 2020. Since then, we have published new content every week since.
Today, we’d like to share a word from our Marketing Manager and present our 10th video production in this season:
What is our Learning Center?
Our Learning Center is a way for 9Wood to answer customer questions. We focus on answering the most important and most frequently asked customer questions with transparency, honesty, and authenticity. After all, we are wood geeks and propeller-heads.
Why are we doing this?
Because of you.
Our Mission. To improve the economic welfare and quality of life of all stakeholders.
As a web visitor engaging with our content, you matter. You are an important stakeholder. Whether you are designing a space, installing a space, or occupying a space – our wood ceilings and our knowledge are offered to you.
